Acknowledgement of Country
To live in Australia, is to be offered access to the wisdom of the oldest continuous human society on the planet. As we struggle with the impacts of our colonial, capitalist, dissociated world, we would be wise to look inwards (both personally and as a nation). There are those among us who understand how to live in right relation with nature on this tough, beautiful land. If we are to build a better world, we should place the real owners of this land front and centre, listen, learn and move forward together.
